Not sure I follow on image previews ... I see the windows in my taskbar as they are as well as via alt-tab and windows-tab. I have never spent much time in Vista so this is all pretty new to me ...

I hadn't tried that yet, but I have noticed a couple of other little things missing from Vista (I know, who'd a thought anything would be missing from there...) that I like, such as image previews when you look at what's in the task bar (or whatever they're calling it now) or when you use Alt+Tab.
